Cross-package case studies for the EpiAware Julia ecosystem

This site hosts worked tutorials and applied case studies that combine several EpiAware packages. Each package keeps its own API reference and feature tutorials; the end-to-end analyses that span the ecosystem live here so they can depend on the whole stack in one place.

The ecosystem packages used across these tutorials include CensoredDistributions, ComposedDistributions, ModifiedDistributions, ConvolvedDistributions, ReparameterisedDistributions, LoweredDistributions and EpiAwareADTools, together with the Turing probabilistic-programming stack.
